Warisoft LLC ("Warisoft", "we", "us") is a software and AI studio in Columbus, Ohio. This policy explains what information we collect through www.warisoft.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you contact us through one of the request forms on this site or by email or phone, we collect what you choose to send us:

• your name and business name
• your email address and phone number
• the kind of business you run, the service you want, any features you tick, links you share (such as your Google listing or Instagram), and the problem you describe

We do not ask for payment details on this site. Our request forms are handled by our own code on Cloudflare, which saves your request in private storage (Cloudflare Workers KV) and emails it to us. With it we also record the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type, so we can look into spam or misuse of the form. If you pick your kind of business on the site, your browser remembers that choice, and any business type you type in, in its own storage (local storage under "warisoft.biz" and "warisoft.biz.c", session storage under "warisoft.biz", and the tab's window name). The choice is also added to the page address (for example ?b=bakery), so it reaches our host, Cloudflare, when you open another page. A business type you picked or typed in is filled into the form and sent to us only when you send the form. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. We don't track visitors across sites, so we don't respond to Do Not Track signals.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• reply to your request and talk with you about your project
• prepare a written scope and quote if you ask for one
• keep a record of our conversation and any work we agree on

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and receive messages:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores form requests privately (including in its logs)
• Namecheap, which forwards email sent to waris@warisoft.ai
• Google (Gmail and Google Voice), which deliver your emails, texts and calls to us
• Unsplash, which serves some of the photos on this site (your browser loads them directly from Unsplash)
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site (your browser loads them directly from Google)

These providers handle your information only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we are talking with you about a project. If no work follows, we delete them, including the stored copy of your form request, any copy in our host's logs, and the email alert it created, within 12 months of your last message. Submissions our spam filter catches are deleted on the same schedule. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the work and for tax and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email waris@warisoft.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
