These terms cover your use of www.warisoft.ai. By using the site you agree to them. Paid work for a client is covered by a separate written service agreement, signed before any paid work starts (a free preview we offered carries no obligation); if that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

You may browse the site and send us a request through the "Start a project" form. Please don't misuse it: no spam, no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no false information about who you are.

Prices on the site

Prices shown on the site ("from" prices) are starting points, not offers. The price for any project is fixed in writing, in your signed service agreement, before work starts. Prices do not include Ohio sales tax; if tax applies, it is shown as its own line on the invoice.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to Warisoft LLC. Some photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy it.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send us. By sending it, you let us use it to answer your request and to prepare a quote.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We don't promise it will always be online or error-free, and nothing on the site is a guarantee of rankings, sales or traffic.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Warisoft LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site. For paid work, the limits in your signed service agreement apply.

Ohio law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute about them is heard in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
